Mission

The Department of Physical Sciences of the Universidad de La Frontera, integrated in the Faculty of Engineering and Sciences, is a unit formed by academics committed to the training of professionals and scientists through undergraduate and graduate teaching, research in basic and applied physics, and interaction with the regional, national and international environment. Through these activities, it contributes to scientific, technological and cultural progress, in a context of social responsibility and respect for diversity and the environment.
